Why outside Mexico
This is not about access to real estate — you already own property. It is about the share of your wealth that still depends on one currency and one country. That is the problem this programme addresses.
+0%
Growth in Mexican home purchases in the United States in 2025
Reaching USD 4.4 billion. Mexican capital has been leaving the peso for years in search of hard currency.
USD 0
Average ticket for those purchases
Buying a whole house abroad requires a cheque most professionals will not write purely for diversification.
MXN 0
Entry point for Mexican crowdfunding
Accessible, but it pays in pesos and invests in Mexico. It solves neither currency nor country concentration.
Between a USD 705,000 house in Texas and a MXN 500 peso-denominated ticket there was nothing. This programme was built for that gap: tickets from [USD 5,000], income in pounds, asset in the United Kingdom.

How it works
01
Choose your amount
Decide how much you lend to the vehicle, from [USD 5,000]. You can model it in the simulator below.
02
Verify your identity at checkout
KYC happens inside the external cart. No documents are captured on this page.
03
Pay and receive your token on Polygon
You sign your loan agreement and the token documenting it is issued to you on Polygon.
04
Receive distributions
Estimated distributions are paid [quarterly] in pounds, after the initial period with no distributions.
Your legal counterparty is the Mexican vehicle (Owner). You acquire no real right over the UK building and no shareholding in the English companies. The chain below shows where the asset lives, not what you own.
Source of rent
Who pays the rent
The question that matters is not the headline yield, but where the money comes from each month. Here it does not depend on one tenant's salary.

Rent on these homes is funded largely through Housing Benefit and the housing element of Universal Credit — public housing transfers rather than a tenant's wage.
Tranche I tenant
Veteran Housing Group
A provider specialising in supported housing, on a [5–7] year lease. The tenant is named in the programme documents; it is not an anonymous occupier.

The number
Why 7.5% and not 19%
Some platforms offer you 19%. We offer a target of 7.5%–7.75%. That difference is what it costs not to exaggerate.
A high number is not a return; it is an assumption. When someone advertises 'up to 19%', they are usually projecting a best case, in pesos, on an asset whose rent depends on everything going right. We would rather publish the number we believe we can sustain, in pounds, with a named tenant and rent funded through public housing support.
| Platform / instrument | Advertised figure | Currency | Asset country |
|---|---|---|---|
| Briq | up to 16–20% | MXN | Mexico |
| M2Crowd | up to 19% | MXN | Mexico |
| FIBRA Uno | ~8.5% | MXN | Mexico |
| This programme | 7.5–7.75% target | GBP | United Kingdom |
Figures as published by each platform, reviewed September 2026. Not verified by us and subject to change. The currency column is the comparison that matters.
